Mighty Niagara

¬†Toronto Photographer¬†Michael O’Brien and I headed out to Niagara Falls at sunrise to shoot. Freezing rain could not chill our sense of awe as we captured images of the Falls. Exhilarating!

My friend JoAnne Korten sent me this brief story – Paul…that tiny building at the base of the cliff is the sub station for the hydro plant that use to be located where the new casino is in Niagara. There was an elevator and long tunnel for staff to get there…it was an amazing place to ‘visit’. This was where my great grandfather worked, and 50 years later where I worked as the GM for the Gateway project where the casino sits today. Your fantastic photography is helping me to relive a wonderful part of my life. Thank You!
